We have a beautiful day on tap here in eastern Alabama. The sun is shining without a cloud in the sky. Temps have rebounded nicely from a cold start. The next chance of rain is still set for Tuesday. There is a 30 percent chance of storms for Tuesday afternoon with an 80 chance of rain for the overnight hours.
From Accuweather: The Northeast will get the arctic chill later today and tonight as a cold front moves through the region. The northern Plains and Midwest got the frigid air Saturday as temperatures plummeted to below zero for some locations.
The blustery weather will migrate eastward and bring low temperatures
into the single digits for most of the Northeast tonight. Temperatures are
expected to start decreasing in the late morning and early afternoon with the
passage of the front with as much as a 20-degree drop in temperatures from what they were Saturday. Brief exposure to the extreme cold could lead to frostbite or hypothermia.

Our weather over here in GA was absolutely WONDERFUL today. We worked outside all day long. I can hardly move. I'm on my way to take a couple of Advil and a hot shower. Hopefully, we will get some rain tomorrow. Good reason to rest.
